BLUE NCAR #1179
We rescued Blue and her friend Kona (see above) from a bad living situation. They lived in filth for years, with their owner gone day and night, with infrequent visits to fill their food bowls. Neighbors finally complained about the barking and we were called.
Blue is a 6 year old Cattle Dog-Beagle mix and weighs 43 pounds ... We are working towards 38 pounds! She's healthy, sweet, housebroken, and crate trained and grew up with Kona in a family with young children. In true Beagle manner, her nose is usually on the ground, and she ignores my calls until she's good and ready to come! Off leash romps are not for this girl! Blue loves the car, and whines with excitement. She loves Kona, and pounds on him regularly which he loves. I'd like to place Blue separately from Kona. Fostered in Grass Valley.
