Ember is a 3 year old red merle boy who has been brought up in SF. He loves people, is crate trained, and likes to play fetch. Ember is 48 pounds, has a ranch-type coat which is easy to maintain. Ember has been taught tricks, too! He knows: sit, down, stay, leave it, spin, roll over, fetch, off, bang, and cross.

I think hed do best as a companion dog for an active couple or person. Fostered in Grass Valley.

Daisy is a 5-6 year old, 65 pound Cattle Dog/Border Collie cross who was adopted from the Sacramento County shelter. She was found as a stray, quite thin in a field with an ingrown collar. The woman who adopted her lives with her two teenaged sons who are understandably noisy and active which makes Daisy nervous. Daisy lives in a neighborhood where tons of people walk their dogs, and she is quite defensive and pulls or lunges towards dogs. We met Daisy and think with the right living situation and someone who will make her feel she doesnt need to be in charge. Daisy would do best as an only dog, living in a quiet home with large fenced yard.
