Jackie is a pudgy, compact red tri boy who came into the shelter as a stray. Jackie is uber friendly and a bit hyper, and loves everyone he meets. He enthusiastically jumped into the tub for grooming and was a perfect client! He has trimmed a few pounds off and he's down to 35 pounds.

Jackie's left eye is smaller than his right eye and his vision is not 100% out of that eye. He fetches like a champ and his lack of perfect vision is not noticeable. Give this guy a ball to fetch and he's yours forever!

Holly and her pups lived under a storage container at a dump in Clear Lake. We were called and got the little family to the Sanctuary. Holly was full of ticks and has more than 30 embedded foxtails. She is about 2 years old and the perfect Aussie with one challenge: SHE HATES THE CAR! She is 50 pounds and will fight me trying to get her in. She can be lifted in, but won't jump in on her own.

She's housebroken, great at the vet and with all people. Available early July after foxtail and spay surgery. Application required. Fostered in Grass Valley.

Parker is a female black tri Miniature American Shepherd born on 5-2-2026. Parker is healthy, happy, curious and confident – she likes dogs, people and children. She received her second set of puppy shots on 7-20 and weighs 7 pounds. She was surrendered because her owner could not care for her.

Parker has a big sister and gets to play in her huge yard in Grass Valley and visits her other house in San Diego where she can play on the beach!

Panda is a sweet, 3 year old 65 pound red tri boy who was spending 10-14 hours a day in an apartment while his owner worked 2 jobs. Owner felt so bad that he asked us to take him.

This boy has been cherished and it shows. He has chased cats! This boy loves, loves to fetch! Panda has good house manners, likes the car and walks ok on a leash.

Panda found his people who are former tri athletes who give him all the exercise he wants! Panda has adapted easily to his gigantic yard with it’s own stream!
