Moosie NCAR #1045
Moose is a friendly, big red merle who will turn 3 in January, 2017. He's busy, sweet and would do well in a home with people who will give him training, exercise and structure. His owner became too frail for this 65 pound boy and asked us to find him a loving home.
He knows some commands, is housebroken, is fine with other dogs ... don't know about cats.
He was shaved before coming here, but I've seen him with his long, luxurious coat and he's very striking! Fostered in Grass Valley.

Gracie NCAR #1044
Gracie is a 38 pound, dainty black tri girl whose owner has health problems. This girl is used to being around her people all the time and is the ultimate Velcro Aussie. She barks if she sees you, but can't be without you. She's well mannered, chases cats, and does not care about playing with dogs. She'd be happiest being the one and only soaking up all her person's love and attention. Fostered in Grass Valley.

Winnie NCAR #1041
Winnie is a 7 to 8 year-old blue merle who weighs 40 pounds. She was found as a stray in the country outside of Lodi. It was evident that she had recently had a litter.
No one responded to the ads and shelter postings, so after 2 weeks, we took her in.
She was just spayed, got a full dental, ear cleaning, all her shots and microchip and is healthy and ready for her new home. She's quiet, loving and sweet! She has one ear that's deformed from years of scratching at an infection. This is a sweet girl who was used for breeding and then abandoned.

Shiloh NCAR #997
Shiloh was raised in an outside pen with his brothers. He had no exposure to people other than his owner who fed him.
Shiloh is a miniature red tri who weighs about 17 pounds, and loves being in someone's lap. He does not do well in a busy home with people coming and going he has nipped.
The perfect home for him would be a quiet home where someone will cuddle with him and not let him off leash around strangers coming to the home. Gentle, slow introductions are needed.

Rascal NCAR# 1033
Rascal is a vibrant, loving and healthy 12 year old red tri whose owner died. He likes kids, cats, other dogs, is housebroken and adorable.
He was way over fed and is on his way down the scale to about 56 pounds!
